I guess it has to do with the fact that Pax Web 7.0.0 is not yet ready for the new Jetty 9.4.x session handling, see 8.0.0-SNAPSHOT: [PAXWEB-1095] Upgrade to Jetty 9.4.x Am Freitag, 20.
