Hi Steinar,

yes, OSGi R7 just means it's a spec.
If it is related to a "core" it usually means the OSGi - Framework itself,
while everything else is usually a compendium service.
Like the Whiteboard specification, you can have a perfectly fine OSGi
framework running without it.
