OSGi CMPN R7 is not yet implemented in PAX-WEB (see https://ops4j1.jira.com/browse/PAXWEB-1181 and https://ops4j1.jira.com/browse/PAXWEB-1190). Even R6 still needs some polishing (with respect to contexts and selectors for example).
