Dear Tianran and others,

I support the adoption of this draft and offer myself to review it and
contribute to it. I think it is important to separate the concepts from
this and NTF but some degree of overlapping would be required to ensure
that data plane notifications, such as those coming from external /data/
sources, are well integrated with control plane elements.
