The Meetecho interface has changed for 118. I affectionately think it looks like an Xfce desktop. But whatever your opinion, please familiarize yourself with the requirements for remote attendance at https://www.ietf.org/how/meetings/technology/meetecho-guide-participant/ (the video is worth watching).
