DOWNREF [RFC9257] from this Proposed Standard to Informational RFC9257. (For IESG discussion. It seems this DOWNREF was not mentioned in the Last Call and also seems to not appear in the DOWNREF registry.) [JMC] On this point, I raised this in my shepherd review and pointed to another draft that also makes this DOWNREF. That will get registered, and this draft should also be registered. Joe
