Dear Joe, I agreed to be listed as an author. Changing RFC 9232 to be informative makes perfectly sense since the term "Network Telemetry" is used as overall context so understand to which data the platform manifest is being used. Moreover YANG-Push notifications, RFC 8639 and RFC 8641 are normative referenced.

And, regarding your question, I believe an informative reference would suffice. Be goode, -- "Esta vez no fallaremos, Doctor Infierno" Dr Diego R. I'd say the same for contributors, but you have an empty Contributors section. You seem to have an unused reference to I-D.havel-nmop-digital-map, and there is a downref to RFC9232, which is not already in the downref registry. I'm not sure the best fix for this. Would one need to understand the whole Network Telemetry Framework to make use of the Data Collection Manifest? Or should this just be an informative reference on the term?
