We have posted a new draft for draft-ll-opsawg-ipfix-bier. Apologies for starting the discussion a bit late. This draft introduces new IPFIX Information Elements to export key data from the BIER header, enabling detailed visibility into BIER-encapsulated traffic. This allows operators to identify BIER packets, determine their path and egress nodes, and analyze forwarding behavior for enhanced monitoring and troubleshooting in networks utilizing BIER multicast.
