This is related to a point discussed in IETF#125 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/minutes-125-opsawg/), specifically: "Benoît Claise: @Med: yes of course, as there are dependencies on the YANG module and the deployment drafts. This was my point: those 3 documents should be treated together from a data modeling point of view.
