Hi, Our hpux servers are monitored with custom made checks wich we put in crontab. The results are send to opsview in the snmp format. We have create rules (OK NOK) to change the status. We our using nsca for our linux servers. We have also created custom checks. Those checks write the status to a status file. The old status file and the new one are compared. When there is a difference, only those status lines are send to opsview with send_nsca.
