Hello all, I am trying to figure out how to configure notification escalations. There does not seem to be a way to do this through the web ui.
Specifically I would like to be able to do things like escalate to notifications on a contacts pager, and escalate to other contacts after a certain time period that a service or host has not been acknowledged.
