Me again, got another gotcha that I can't seem to fix ...

Under one of my hosts, the service details shows a service check on "/"
which is the built-in NRPE service check. Also, it's failing (probably
because I don't have NRPE installed on that machine). But under the
host definition, Configuration -> Hosts -> nas1p-sting -> Monitors,
there is no checkbox on the "OS Base Unix Agent" -> "/" item. I also
tried acknowledging the alert and disabling active checks on this
service to no avail. Yes - I submitted changes and re-loaded the
server. Several times!

I have the same problem with "Unix Load Average" "Unix Memory" and
"Unix Swap" - can't get rid of them and they clutter up the Service
Details with "Critical" errors.

This may be my own fault 'cos I initially enabled those NRPE service
checks before realising I didn't have the NRPE Agent installed. But now
I can't get rid of the "Critical" error on the Service detail page.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Bob
