Hi, 

  

I have a setup which I migrated from version 2.14 to 3.0. This migration went 
pretty fine. 

But now I try to upgrade to 3.1, and it fails completely at upgrading the 
database. 

  

I could manually solve the error of the access table which could not be 
created, but now I face this:
