Running Opsview 2.14.3, we noticed that some passive checks weren't
being received properly, and we never got an alert that the freshness had
expired (state unknown).
Looking more into this, I see that the refresh_state script is run
regularly for passive checks, which refreshes the current state of the
service. This seems to keep freshness from expiring for passive services.
Would someone fill me in a bit more on this? How should I allow passive
checks to become stale, so we can get notifications that their results are
not being received?
