Correct - the master only knows about notifications it has sent.
Is there a way to see all the notifications, form both master and
slaves?
If it is possible to create a full blown notification reporting
system, I'm happy to sponsor it (if the price stays reasonable).
We could find a way of sending notification events from the slave back
to the master for storing into ODW. We'll get back to you.
