Hello, I've been playing around with opsview few days now and it's pretty promising, but there's one thing I need, SLA reports. I think it's possible to connect several hostgroups as one 'IT Service' in Report - Selections (i.e. Email Service would include hostgroups like Core routers, Workgroup switches, Email servers etc.) and then there is this Availability Report which looks something I need.
So, is there any easy way to modify the Availability Report or do I have to do my own templates with BIRT or something similiar? Can I add my own templates to Scheduled Reports, so I could automatically deliver them for authorized customers. Thanks Mikko
