Right, so it will play the file each time the page refreshes - which is every 30 seconds. Perfect !
But this is only when you drill down to a specific issue - which is when you hit a status.cgi page. So any page which is of use - such as "all unhandled alerts" - doesn't play the sound file. Is there any URL which could be constructed that is a status.cgi page and would display unhandled alerts as they appear ?
