Hi, I cannot for the life of me get viewports working correctly. I had view port working ages ago but that was for initial testing.
I am on 3.9.1 Community on Ubuntu 8.04.1 with a master and two two-node clusters. My most basic example is: For my given example, a provide the host with a keyword "testkeyword". For a service check that is running on that host I also use the keyword "testkeyword". I check the check box for this keyword for my account within contacts. My contact is within the role "admin" which I added VIEWPORTACCESS in the event that admin didn't have access. Within Configuration-->Keywords, I see "testkeyword" under Keyword, Viewport Style is "Group by Host", description is deliberately empty, Contacts=1, Hosts=1, Service Checks=1, and Total Services=0. I question that Total Services=0 is a symptom of the problem (??). Within Viewport Summary, I have "No viewports configured".
