64 bits applications do not have this limitation, obviously.

If you need to understand the differences of the x86 vs x64
architectures for windows servers, I recommend you read the blog
series posts from Helge Klein: Windows x64: All the same yet very

I would start by trying the x64 client ...

but then again, I cannot check it because it is my day off and I do
not have any x64 windows server handy to test it :-), on monday I may
do that but not today.
