I am wondering if it is because I already stacked it locally?

The command I used was:
bzr push lp:~andymc73/oqgraph/10.0-oqgraph3-varchar
So this time I am trying:
bzr push -v
bzr+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/~andymc73/oqgraph/10.0-oqgraph3-varchar
One think of note, is it chugs along at the massive speed of ~ 25kByte/s when
nothing else is using my 12MBit(up to) link!
4975kB 11kB/s \ Finding revisions
then after about four minutes it gets to
10650kB 46kB/s - Fetching revisions:Inserting stream:Estimate 15309/791967
at which point I gave up again...
I am going to try and merge my local branch back to the stacked parent and see
if that one pushed up better
