The wiki is not entirely correct. I've run many tor servers
inside xen and virtuozzo virtual servers. Any competent admin of either
technology can figure out how to adjust limits per vm.
The issue with virtuozzo at the time was the 2.4 kernel and lack
of epoll() made tor consume lots of cpu time. As opposed to a 2.6
kernel, which has epoll() and seems to not consume lots of cpu time.
