I had used this product several months ago, not related to the tor experiment, and ( at that time ) had found it was a quick way to start serving pages. It has simple installation and configuration. Works on windows and I see now they have binaries available for M$ and source code available for both M$ and Linux. I've read the license at http://www.imatix.com/html/xitami/license.htm#license. I'm not an attorney so cannot say if the license is FSF compatible, but on first glance it looks decent. Marion C.
