0.1.1.22 does not fix the bug for me. After IP changed, in log is the following: Jul 20 13:29:09.137 [notice] resolve_my_address(): Your IP seems to have changed. Updating. Jul 20 13:49:08.911 [warn] second_elapsed_callback(): Your server (x.x.x.x:443) has not managed to confirm that its ORPort is reachable. Please check your firewalls, ports, address, /etc/hosts file, etc. Jul 20 13:49:08.934 [warn] second_elapsed_callback(): Your server (x.x.x.x:80) has not managed to confirm that its DirPort is reachable.
