About IE: it's not safe to use it at ALL. ;) But just like George mentioned, this fact doesn't make the majority switch to alternate browsers yet so I figured I'd support Firefox and IE (yeah I know there is Opera and such but since I don't use them I can't write about them). Adding a note about the safety of using IE with Tor is a good suggestion, I'll add that, too.
