Exciting. Can you make a backup copy of all the files in C:\Documents and Settings\Jevon\Application Data\tor\, and then delete the cached-routers* and cached-status/* files and try starting Tor again? If it works after that, then we really want to see the cached-routers file that breaks it. (If you're feeling adventurous, you could put the old versions back into place and see if it is broken again.) Thanks! --Roger
