It can be. Somebody would need to write a proposal (see the process in http://www.torproject.org/svn/trunk/doc/spec/proposals/001-process.txt ) for it and implement it. This would be a good project for somebody who wanted to get familiar with the Tor internals. yrs, -- Nick
