Ok i finally figured out why server funcionality didn't work
Problem Tor had a problem to figure out my systems DNS config so I
overrided it with a swich in torrc wich caused Tor to read DNS config
from file
After this everything started to work except Vidalia (somehow Tor
started from commandline is not visible to it)
