Something you wrote earlier just reminded me: "With BandwidthRate 20000 and BandwidthBurst 21000 set" That's in Bytes, not KB, not MB. So you set a BWRate of 20KB/s. Which yes, should be around 160 Kb/s average. If you disable HWAccel, does bandwidth usage increase? -- Andrew
