We've moved the repository for our deb based packages to deb.torproject.org. Previously, this was at noreply.org.
You can find the updated signing key and instructions at https://www.torproject.org/docs/debian#ubuntu The debs at noreply.org will not be updated any more. Please update your deb sources to reflect this change.
