A Spanish EFF supporter just sent us a screen shot of what he said was the Trend Micro Internet Security program blocking
http://tor.eff.org/eff/tor-dmca-response.html.en as "Peligroso" ('Dangerous'). It seems that he's using Trend Micro's antivirus product, not a censorware product. I can forward the screen shot to anyone interested.
