Hi, don't know if it's for good or bad, but stimulated by recent discussion on this list I've extended my tor network status page with maxmind's GeoLite City data. Hovering over the country flag now display as tooltip the city and a click on the flag opens a new browser tab or window showing the location on Openstreetmap using geoip's latitude and longitude data.
