https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki lists some hidden services, some of which are quite official, like the hidden service that points to archive.torproject.org. The Tor Project itself mainly writes software and does advocacy, rather than running Tor directory authorities, hidden services, or even relays. That said, there are individuals who maintain hidden services and who are also Tor developers. The line is pretty fuzzy in some cases.
