Hello, TorStatus is still in the SVN repository. You can find the latest release with SVN at
https://svn.torproject.org/svn/torstatus/tags/REL4_0/ If you download this (or the trunk version), then you should be able to follow the INSTALL file to setup a TorStatus page.
