This person will be working with several diverse teams including Business End Users, Kronos System Administrators, Database Administrators, Development, *Quality Assurance, Windows 2003 Server Administrators, UNIX System Administrators*, and *Network Administrators* to maintain and support the Kronos Application and its interfaces with the *PeopleSoft Application*. *This person will be responsible for tracking and resolution of all Kronos production issues, and will be required to share rotational on-call off-hours production support responsibilities.* Responsibilities also include mentoring the Kronos Production Support Analyst(s). A more detailed listing of specific requirements is available from the hiring manager. *Qualifications:* 3+ years experience with *Kronos WFC 5.0 /6.0* and extensive experience with *WTK, WRM and WFSO* is needed. 4+ years experience with Oracle and 8 years experience with SQL. 1+ years experience with Kronos /PeopleSoft or Kronos /* SAP interfaces*. *Must also have Project Management* skills; demonstrate strong teamwork, interpersonal and *communication skills; both written and oral, demonstrate strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.* ** Demonstrate Adaptability and Professionalism show and ability to focus on Quality and Customers, adapt to and manage Change and possess Positive Attitude.
