The Oracle WMS/WCS consultant is responsible for successful delivery on Oracle WMS support tickets and enhancements, he should also be familiar Supply Chain Modules i.e. Order Management, Shipping, Inventory etc to support WMS/WCS. This role will provide functional and business process expertise to help clients to automate and optimize warehouse material handling processes. He/she will be responsible for planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing on new changes in WMS/WCS application. Must be able to understand and articulate Warehouse Management systems issues, problem solve & escalate to Oracle by logging Service Requests. Require basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL language. Person who would be available to work after hours and on weekends when Client in running the operation (reasons - during high volume periods, urgent orders, clearing the weekly backlogs, testing of changes/enhancements etc) 2.
