SQL (Oracle, Sybase) . Spring Framework * . Hibernate* . Flex/AIR* . AJAX Frameworks (dojo, DWR)* . JAX-WS Web Services * . Must be able to work independently and with a team . Good communication is a must . Ability to adapt to dynamic deadlines .
