The SAP Consultant requested under this SOW must have an in-depth knowledge of functionality within SAP for public sector organizations. The SAP Consultant will act as a liaison between the SCEIS project team and SC State Agencies that will be going to the SCEIS SAP system. * * *Specific Duties and Responsibilities* -Assist Agencies in reviewing documents developed by the SCEIS team, to include Interfaces, Conversion and training materials. - Meet with Agencies and bring back concerns to the SCEIS management team - Assist Agencies with understanding SAP Terminology - Escalate agency issues to Project Management in a timely manner - Assist in the design of Legacy Conversion programs based on requirements supplied by the SCEIS team - Assist in the design of Legacy Interface Programs based on requirements supplied by SCEIS team - Assist the Agency Interface team in designing Interfaces *Skills Required:* - Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or similar fields. - SAP Certified - Experience with SAP HR, Financials, implementations and associated Procurement Leads. - Experience in Public Sector functional areas - At least 5 or more Life Cycle implementations including identifying and mitigating organization and personnel risks to product adoption. - Manage and direct each functional team. - Guide the design and development of knowledge and information for the purpose of training and knowledge transfer to stakeholders. - Strong communication skills, both written and presentation forms are required.
