Candidate will be called upon to define solutions to *business/systems
problems* and own the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance
and final disposition of solutions including; *all documentation,
interaction* with *management team* and *full lifecycle responsibilities *
*Skills Needed:-*
~ *Mortgage industry experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED*!
~ Requirements definition and traceability 3+ years
~ *Financial Services experience* 1+ years Experience
~ Served as BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Demonstrated experience in
industry (1 – 3 years)
~ QA and testing phase experience 3+ years
~ Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, *business process
design* (2-4 yrs)
~ Lean/Agile development experience (1+ yrs)
~ Detailed requirements experience with COTS implementations
~ Good negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; experience
with public speaking
~ Provides clear concise communication with *project team and mid-level
management*
