· Provide infrastructure design, implementation, and on going maintenance for the following: , MS MCOM, MS SCCM, Windows 2003 Active Directory, DNS, Altiris RDP, Symantec SAV Enterprise. · Documentation of the environment and configuration. · Understand the application and how it interacts with the infrastructure and tools, and have the ability to provide support for the various areas associated with the environment. · Manage the monitoring tools, as well as its configurations, tuning it on going as needed. · Manage Active directory OU’s, user accounts, and group policies · Ongoing maintenance of OS and software patching using automated deployment methods. *Required Skills:* · Expert knowledge of most of the following products: MS MOM, MS SMS, Windows 2003 Active Directory, DNS, Altiris RDP, Symantec SAV Enterprise, Mercury Quality Center. · Expert knowledge of Windows system administration and management, with focus on windows 2003. · Expert knowledge of MS IIS 6, .NET Framework environment, MS clustering, SQL 2005 with in depth knowledge of installation, configuration, tuning, and on going administration of the above technologies. · Automation capabilities including strong shell scripting (bash Windows shell, Perl, log parser, and VB). · Good understanding and knowledge of Network Configuration and Troubleshooting. · OS network configuration and troubleshooting of IP addressing and basic routing. · Firewall operation, including network and port translation troubleshooting. · Understanding of typical load balancing approaches and configuration. · Good understanding of a software development life cycle · Ability to work well under pressure in a large and complex environment · Strong ability to rapidly narrow down software bugs in complex environments. · At Ease, Effective Verbal and Written Communication.
