Exp. with Web Designer or WebSphere portal exp local to NJ! will be a huge

*Description*
Develop .NET and UI e-Commerce projects for a newly created website..
Ensures that the application architecture and development standards are
followed. Must be proficient with Must be proficient with .NET, C#, Visual
Basic, Data Structure & Algorithms, MVC Frameworks, SQL, JavaScript, CSS,
XHTML
*Responsibilities*
· Lead the development of projects assigned by their management.
· Lead the development of projects to extend and enhance the existing
Application.
· Head up the support and maintenance of assigned of client’s website.
· Lead developers to implement the architecture modeled by the
architects.
· Responsible for Quality Control Reviews
· Work with Project Managers, Functional Managers, Architects and
developers to accurately
estimate the work effort on projects plans.
· Collaborate with business analysts, QA testers, DBAs and Server
administrators throughout the software development lifecycle.
· Consistently communicate the status of their progress to their
management and members of other groups on the project.
Participate in load testing to find performance bottlenecks in the
Client’s e-commerce application releases.
· Coach their developers in areas where needed.
· Account for at least 70% of their development time in our Project
Management tool.
