*Systems Analyst*
*Location: Detroit, MI*
*Duration: 11.5 months *
*Rate: $38-40/hr *

*REQUIREMENTS: *
Resource will be responsible for supporting NASCO Financials
Successful candidates must possess:
1 – 3 years financial experience
Must have demonstrated knowledge in the following areas:
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
SDLC methods
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Candidates must have the demonstrated experience in SDLC methods,
requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, business
process re-engineering, production support and upgrades.
A Bachelor’s degree in CIS or related field and completion of five or more
PeopleSoft training classes are required.
*REQUIRED SKILLS: *
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, CIS, MIS, or
computer related field
2+ years functional/technical understanding and support of Corporate Ledger,
preferably Oracle (PeopleSoft) Financials applications
3+ years demonstrated experience in development of business requirements,
product configuration, fit-gap analysis and functional design documentation
3+ years system testing experience including demonstrated experience with
the following:
o Test planning
o Test case development
o Test execution
o Issue resolution
3+ years demonstrated experience in business process re-engineering
+ years demonstrated years experience in application of formal SDLC
methodology
Demonstrated experience with development of user-guides and system
documentation
Expert in identifying and understanding the essential problems and
opportunities, including the ability to articulate the needs associated with
them
Ability to manage competing priorities
Prior healthcare industry experience preferred (e.g. HIPPA
Compliance Standards)
Extensive domain knowledge relevant to Company
Proficient with MS Excel and Access
