Complete Description:
*This position would manage software solution projects that address public
health and all-hazard emergencies involving appropriate District of Columbia
agencies. Manages functional teams, technical teams, budgets, vendor/client
relationship, and work plans for development projects, implementations, or
support services. Identifies and manages risk. Reports status to executives.
Works with business owners of multiple agencies in developing requirements.
Works with development staff from multiple agencies in carrying out
application development. Manages IT application deployment and maintenance
once the project is completed. Create and maintain project schedules and
related project documentation and follows up with appropriate staff. Reports
status to management, including key District executives involved with the
program.*
