Position : JAVA Developer with Oracle and PL/SQL Location: Palatka, FL
Duration: 6 months – 1 year Job Description: Introduction: • Our client is seeking 1 developer for the Java development who would be creating PL/SQL scripts for Data Migration. • The primary focus of this position is the development, maintenance and user support of the E-Regulatory System for the District’s regulatory staff Project Description: • Development of the system using *Java *and *Oracle* • Ensure that application meets user requirements and District standards • Write *PL/SQL* scripts for data migration • Create and maintain technical system documentation • Communicate with users to resolve any bugs or issues they have with the system • Maintain code versions in CVS • Participate in design and code reviews • Communicate issues and progress to project manager Position / Role: Application Development and Support Skills: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must • Ability to work independently as well as in a team with other developers • 5 years of Java development experience • Knowledge of database systems (Oracle preferred) • Knowledge and at least 3 years experience in PL/SQL • User support and training experience is a plus • Experience in JSF and/or Hibernate is a plus Roles and Responsibilities of Contractor: • Support and troubleshoot for the E-REG application • Perform detailed analysis, design, and documentation for systems managed and created • Ensure that applications meet requirements and standards • Communicate issues and progress to project manager • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and provide solutions in a timely manner *If you are comfortable with the requirement please reply me with the* *updated resume.* What is your first Name?
