*Job Responsibilities***
1. Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows, and
alerts according to MD.050/CV.040 functional specifications
1. Develop quality code in a timely manner
2. Develop high quality technical specifications (MD.070/CV.060)
3. Perform/support unit and QA testing
4. Adhere to established design, coding and documentation standards and
conventions, guidelines and best practices
5. Work with functional resources and customers as necessary
*Specific skills needed: *
*Education/Experience ***
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, and minimum 5
years of related experience and/or training, or combination of education and
experience
1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience in Oracle
applications
2. In-depth technical Oracle application knowledge including
1. Application technology stacks
2. High level application database (table & objects) structure and
entity relationships
3. Application utilities including generic and module specific
APIs/Loaders/Open interfaces imports
4. The following modules: TCA, TeleService Case Management, Field
Service, Install Base, iSupport
3. Oracle database & application development tools including
1. General shell scripting
2. Very strong SQL & Server utilities (including SQL loader)
3. Very strong PL/SQL (including provided DB PL/SQL packages &
utilities)
4. Report Designer
5. Workflow Builder
6. Discoverer
7. Form Builder/JDeveloper (OAF) a plus, not required
