- Knowledge of the Diagnostic Statistical Manual IV which is used in
diagnosis coding for behavioral health care claims

- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding

- Ability to conduct an assessment to determine the impact of the migration
to ICD-10 for organizations that are currently using DSM and ICD-9 coding on
behavioral health care claims

*Preferred Skills:* Knowledge and experience working in state health and
human services organizations



*Responsibilities:* Working with the project team to identify the people,
process, and technology implications of moving from ICD-9 and DSM coding to
ICD-10 coding.
