As an organization, we do not staff our projects with junior consultants, ensuring that our clients do not bear the costs of training junior consultants or graduates on the job and as a result ensuring that they avoid costly SAP design and realization pitfalls. Seeking two resources Role is to write conversion rules and then use the data services engine in SAP to convert legacy data. Need resources who have had a couple of years experience doing this.
