SAP Customer Master SME to develop MDM global blueprint w/specific focus
around data management processes in ECC/CRM Contribute to Design & solution
development, development & document of PDD & configuration specs related to
SAP Customer Master/Business Partner. Work on configuration of CRM, ECC for
Master Data [Customer, Channel Partner & related Partner Organization
Hierarchy]. Effectively team w/specific business process teams to ensure
solution is aligned w/to-be business process. Must have prior experience is
Customer & Channel Partner configuration & use in system contracts, pricing,
Sales Order to Fulfillment, & Receivables; Lead global workshop sessions

-Customer Relationship Management - Marketing & Sales Transformation DD.

-A new enterprise transformation program that will take core processes that
are now business unit and region-specific, such as OTO, OTC and Finance, and
integrate them horizontally across the enterprise on a common systems
platform – -SAP Initially a Global template will be created and will be
deployed across various Business Units and Geos.

-IM/MDM ****Open seat description: Drive resolution of all issues related to
Customer/Business Partner Master data, hierarchy & escalate to team leads as
appropriate. Liasion & provide integration w/other project teams to deliver
an integrated MDM solution. **********





*Required skills: *

-SAP Business Partner [Customer/Channel Partner] SME with at least 5 years
of SAP CRM hands-on experience

* Knowledge of IBM Customer and Channel Partner relationships and agreements


* Deep understanding and hands on skills of OTO/OTC/FIN/BI processes

* Knowledgeable in industry best practices around MDM

* Ability to lead and support global MDM workshop sessions with strong
facilitation and communication skills

* Strong collaboration, communication and teamwork in a large, diverse team
environment"

: Full lifecycle hands on experience with use of customer master
configuration, data definition, design experience with CRM and SAP
Middleware technology
