The developer is an individual contributor to the project or work effort and as part of the Scrum team attends daily stand ups. • Experience using Scrum as an agile development methodology is required. • Web development experience (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript) is required. • A minimum of 3 years of SharePoint and .NET development experience is required. • Must have MOSS 2007 development experience and a plus to have administration experience. • Experience developing web parts for SharePoint. • Experience utilizing Visual Studio to design workflows. • Experience with SQL databases. User Experience Designer The User Experience Designer role is required for both the public website initiative as well as the internal intranet initiative. The designer is a highly specialized individual contributor to the project or work effort that brings unique and specific knowledge about how users interact with web based content.
