*This position will be onsite. Target date for conversion to permanent will be after the first 120 days. (4 Months CTH)* *The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:* · Experience with manual and automated testing · Experience developing and integrating test strategies *What You’ll Be Doing:* The Test Engineer will work on a custom software team to develop test strategies for new and existing products. You will be expected to develop robust test solutions in a short-cycle Agile design environment, leveraging existing technologies, promoting standardization, with reliability and process efficiency. You will be involved in all aspects of product development ranging from requirements and design to final design validation and documentation. Translate requirements into software solutions using state of the art tools and methodologies • Own technical leadership responsibilities for test-development and implementation • Develop, execute and maintain both automated systems and manual testing procedures • Identify areas for automation in existing processes - • Influence software design for testing efficiency • Document functional test results and provide recommendations to project team • Understand user's core needs and develop strategy to ensure customer delight • Work in an agile environment to integrate testing and quality at every level • Design load test where appropriate • Reduce risk and promote sustainability by utilizing and driving standardization across teams *What You Need to Bring to the Table:* • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related technical field or 4 years of IT professional experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in a test engineering role Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
