*Type of Experience:*
· IT applications Experience in IT applications development,
design, and analysis and data modeling.
· Expert level knowledge of Java/J2EE
· Experience in implementing SOA solutions including SOAP- Using
Source Control Systems - Automated Builds - Continuous Integration
· Automated Acceptance Testing - Code reviews.
· Experience with design techniques such as Domain-Driven Design,
Design by Contract.
· Domain Specific Languages: Familiarity with Agile methodologies
· Development technologies: - Java frameworks (Hibernate, spring,
EJB3, JSF, Tapestry, Groovy/Grails a plus) - Application Servers (JBoss) -
RBDMS (Oracle, PL/SQL) - Testing Tools - Some experience with dynamic
languages (Groovy, Ruby, Python, JavaScript)
*Special Certifications of Technical Skills:*
Java Certifications, Oracle certifications, MCSDBA, MCSD, and/or MCSE
helpful.
Experience with any of the following helpful: Oracle Financials, Oracle
tools like Developer 2000, Informatica, Essbase, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix,
NT, C, ODBC, Remedy Helpdesk.
*Level of Education:*
A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent education, training
and experience.
*Other:*
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, verbal and written
communication skills.
· Must be able to effectively document and convey technical
